These terms and conditions will apply to all orders for the purchase of goods from the FetMart web site. By placing an order you are indicating your acceptance of these terms and conditions, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to make your purchase and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these details as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
All prices are as stated on the FetMart website, although FetMart reserves the right at any time to revise the price of goods without notice.
All intellectual property rights in the website including the logo, graphics, text and products are owned or have permission to be used by FetMart.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or display any part of this site or products without prior written permission.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, FetMart cannot accept any responsibility for Loss of Injuries to those using our products. We cannot be held responsible for the manor in which our products may be used once they have been shipped. It is the customers responsibility to practice safe use of the products.
- All of the products (unless otherwise stated) are hand-made to order, and we aim to dispatch with 24-48 hours of receiving the order
- Your order will be assigned a tracking number, and you can track the package by logging into our website, or by using the parcel tracking service at myHermes.
- Orders placed after 4.30PM GMT will be made and shipped the following working day.
- Our shipping prices vary depending on the size and weight of the item. All shipping costs are clearly calculated and displayed prior to payment at the checkout screen.
- For International Buyers outside the UK, please be aware that is your responsibility to cover the cost of any import duties applied once the consignment has left the UK.
Returns & Refunds
- Your statutory rights are not affected by our Returns Policy. To the extent that any provision in our Returns Policy conflicts with your statutory rights, your statutory rights will prevail and the particular offending provision in our Returns Policy will be deemed inapplicable.
- If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. Our Returns Policy gives you 30 days to return or exchange a faulty item bought online with a valid receipt reference. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- The item must be returned with any accessories, labels and “free gifts” or bonus items.
- To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Any items purchased using a Gift Card will be refunded in the form of a store credit/gift card only.
- Any SALE items will be refunded in the form of a store credit / Gift Card.
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 calendar days. If you paid for standard delivery of the goods, the cost of standard delivery will also be refunded.

- To return your product, please mail your product to: Sunkat LTD, Unit 1, Ronkswood Hill, Worcester with your details and reason for returning. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- We accept Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Solo, Switch, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express credit and debit cards through PayPal’s payment gateway
- You do not need to have an account with PayPal to use the PayPal payment gateway.
- Items are only processed for shipping upon the receipt of cleared payment (eChecks may take up to 7 days to clear to us) but in most cases you will be informed of this at the time of purchase.
